Continuous learning

Learning needs to happen over time, not just packed into a few hours. Our Online Academy is available 24/7, so it’s there whenever you want it – and there’s something new every month.

Updated every month with new material, it helps everyone, particularly working sales people and sales managers, improve their knowledge and skills.

Self-discovery

Feedback enhances learning. We offer exercises that last about 20 minutes each that test your knowledge, explain answers and take learning further. The more you learn about yourself, the better you understand others – and you may discover different ways of doing things.

The traditional approach provides little management information other than how many people have completed a programme and what they thought of the tutor (the ‘smiles’ test). By contrast, we provide a full set of statistics, not only of Academy usage but also data comparing the results of learning exercises with global norms.

Proof of learning

Using our statistics, you can measure employees’ knowledge acquisition and growth as they work through the programmes at their own pace. Individuals can prove that they have mastered a topic, and when. This can feed into performance reviews and personal development action planning. Furthermore, you can, if desired, recognise managers’ achievements by awarding your own branded certificates – produced automatically by the system.

Value for money

One problem with e-learning is that it is difficult or impossible to know each individual’s needs or interests. So a company buys a small range of programmes, finds a lack of interest in much of the available content and achieves little success, potentially demotivating its people by failing to meet their expectations. The result is a poor or negative outcome in both human and financial terms.
