One of the most cost-effective approaches to training large numbers of sales people is for us to train customer trainers to deliver customised versions of our courses and programmes under licensing agreements.

Our Approach

We offer full course development, provide world class training material and train-the-trainer guides that enable an organisation’s in-house trainers to build the specific skills and knowledge needed to deliver our programmes under licensing agreements.

The approach provides those organisations who choose this route with a customized sales training continuum, embedded into their sales management process (how they manage their sales people) and their sales process management (how they manage their sales process).

  

A licensing agreement usually offers the best value way of delivering the programmes and reaping the rewards.

 

We always recommend that we deliver one pilot of each course. Participants are selected from customer trainers, sales managers and sales people. During the pilots we test out the content, role plays and assignments that are part of the programme, and examine how well the course notes fit the needs.

We then spend time with the trainers making the necessary amendments and adding suitable product and environmental case studies to produce revised courses and trainer guides carrying fully customised notes, assignments, stories and scripts. During this time, we also work with the trainers to develop best practice sales process road maps and sales management documentation.

The output is a complete set of own-branded documentation custom designed for an individual organisation to meet their requirements, and be relevant to their culture and their world.
