Miles Bentley 
Miles is a founding member and executive director of Advance. He has held a number of executive and non executive directorships in other businesses.
Miles specialises in sales, key account management, sales management and marketing. His work experience includes time spent in the construction industry before taking on sales and sales management roles in Xerox. He held the position of Sales Director for Wace and RTSE  and has a wealth of sales and sales management experience.  
 
Dermot Bradley
Dermot is the inventor of the sales methodology practised, taught and advised on by Advance, and is continually involved in its ongoing development.
Dermot’s work experience includes time spent in sales with ICL (now part of Fujitsu UK) and IBM. He started the company in 1979 and continues to take an active training role, training over 1,000 salespeople per year.
