Pipeline Simulator
This training game simulates 12 periods of trading in a business to business area. A period can be a week or a month, so it simulates a set up period then a full quarter or a full year of trading.
Our pipeline simulator can be tailored to look like your own company. It can use your products, competitors, typical sales cycles, typical sales targets, real customer names. It uses your own year end date.
During the 12 periods, the participants will:
- Go prospecting
- Compete against the other teams playing, for the same contracts
- Win sales
- Qualify sales
- Qualify out of sales
- Lose sales
- Deal with delays
- Deal with cancelled projects
- Develop accounts
- Make their targets
- and, most importantly, beat the other teams!
It is a lot of fun, very instructive and takes one day.
