Our Training Approach

Our training is built around 49 modules that cover every aspect of selling, from cold calling to negotiation. We can design courses to suit every need.

Our modules have been developed and refined over 29 years, and delivered to over 20,000 people.
 
They are documented common sense and in the main cover the HOW, rather than the WHAT.
 
For instance, a lot of people will tell you that “you want to call at a more senior level if you want to get that deal” .
 
Well that's fine, but ...
 
We tell you how to do it and how you should talk at that level to keep them interested.
 
The modules fit together rather like a three dimensional jigsaw and this allows us to develop very specific programmes for our customers based on “tried and tested” methodologies.
 
To develop a programme for a customer we have to consider a large number of variables and as such our ability to plug together a combination of modules from a library of 49 means that we are very confident we can build a course or programme to fit your needs precisely.
