Miles Bentley
Miles is a founding member and executive director of Advance. He holds a number of executive and non executive directorships in other businesses.
Miles specialises in sales, key account management, sales management and marketing. His work experience includes time spent in the construction industry before taking on sales and sales management roles in Xerox. He held the position of Sales Director for Wace and RTSE and has a wealth of sales and sales management experience.
Dermot Bradley
Dermot is the founder of the sales methodology practised, taught and advised on by Advance, and is continually developing the method for Advance.
Dermot’s work experience includes time spent in sales with ICL (now part of Fujitsu UK) and IBM. He started his own sales training business in 1979 and continues to take an active training role, training over 1,000 salespeople per year.
David Coverdale
David is an Advance associate who has worked with us since 2003. He specialises in sales marketing and management.
David’s work experience includes Business Development Director at PACE Micro Technologies and Managing Director of Sharp Electronics UK.
Tom Craig
Tom joined Advance in January 2007 as a Director merging his own sales training business that he had been running for 5 years. He specialises in sales, key account management, sales management, mentoring and coaching.
Tom’s work experience includes training, sales, account development and account management with Admiral plc He held the post of Managing Director of Strategic Sales within CMG.
John Hurcomb
John is an Advance associate who has worked with us since 2007. He specialises in performance enhancement, sales process improvement, quality and project management.
John’s work experience spans multiple business functions and sectors, including sales with ICL and business consulting management with Xerox. He has marketing and sales management experience in the FMCG sector.
Brett Parnham
Brett joined Advance in February 2005 as a Director. He specialises in sales, key account management, sales management, mentoring and coaching.
Brett’s work experience includes sales with Xerox in South Africa, management and account management with a leading South African Insurance Underwriting Management company, sales management with Canon UK and Sales Director with Spicers Ltd.
Mike Wilkinson
Mike is a founding member and executive director of Advance. He holds a number of executive and non executive directorships in other businesses.
Mike specialises in sales, key account management, sales management and marketing. His work experience includes management in the retail industry with Marks and Spencer and sales, marketing and sales management experience with the Xerox Corporation.
