Making Cold Calling Cool

This one day workshop teaches participants how to “cold call” into companies with the aim of arranging meetings with the key people who may wish to do business with them.

Overview

Do your sales people:

•    Understand how much prospecting they need to do to meet their target
•    Find any excuse not to “get on the phone”
•    Get put off by receptionists and PA’s
•    Give up at the first hint of an objection
•    Know how to get the prospect to want to talk to them

At the end of this course your sales people will be better able to:

•    Overcome their butterflies (or even fear)
•    Decide which organisations to approach
•    Deal with PA’s and receptionists
•    Know what to say if they are put through to the executive
•    Be able to handle their ‘objections’
•    Decide if it’s worth continuing
