Our customers have found that Advance consultants accompanying their sales people on calls can be an extremely effective way to improve the sales behaviour of individual salespeople quickly. We are able to diagnose sales situations and circumstances, providing valuable on the spot one:on:one coaching.
We always recommend that field accompaniment is at least commenced prior to developing a training course, so that we have a feel for the level of sales people’s skills and an understanding of typical customers and their requirements.
We offer full course development and often train customers’ internal trainers to deliver courses. This particularly applies to call centre and telesales training. Our service covers the adaptation of course material to meet your unique requirements as well as development of role plays and case studies specific to your world. It can also include development of new material to meet a specific need.
We deliver one off courses as well as training programmes.
Often customers do not want us to carry out the full sales training needs analysis up front. In this circumstance we usually run a pilot course, typically a standard course. We then adapt the course in consultation with the customer.
We always recommend that customers send a mixture of senior sales management and their more experienced salespeople on the pilot course to get the best steer on adapting the course for roll out to the rest of the sales force.
